Stress Management

The objective of this workshop is to teach participants how to use effective communication to overcome stress. This communication course will focus on identifying sources of stress and the cognitive, emotional, and physical effects of stress, as well as how to use effective communication to avoid stressful situations and successfully relieve tension.

Participants will benefit from this communication course by learning how to:

    Acknowledge stress-related emotions in self and others

  • Control stressful situations through effective communication
  • Reduce frustration and confusion through active listening
