Conflict Resolution: Handling Difficult Clients and Situations

The objective of this workshop is to teach participants how to effectively use communication to reduce or eliminate sources of conflict. This communication course will focus on identifying individual communication styles and strategies that will successfully resolve conflict, as well as teaching participants how to manage difficult situation using effective communication.

Participants will benefit from this communication course by learning how to:

  • Objectively analyze difficult situations without making inferences about others intentions or emotions
  • Focus communication on solutions rather than problems
  • Avoid misinterpretations through active listening
