Leading through Communication: Communication Strategies for Managers and Supervisors

The objective of this workshop is to teach participants communication strategies that will improve their ability to manage or supervise other people. This communication course will focus on identifying communication strategies that improve a person’s ability to lead, to influence others through communication, and to develop a climate for action.

Participants will benefit from this communication course by learning how to:

  • Create high-impact messages shaped by active listening
  • Communicate ideas in a manner that addresses the listeners needs and priorities
  • Effectively implement change through positive reinforcement and constructive criticism
